Questions about the Admissions Audit
What does the free Admissions Audit include?
Our team sends your school a test enquiry after hours, on WhatsApp and your website form, and records the reply. We check your Google Business Profile, website, Instagram and Facebook. You keep a one-page scorecard, and we walk through it on a call.
What does the audit cost, and what happens after the call?
The audit is free and carries no obligation. If you want help after the walk-through call, we quote for it once we know what your school needs. Whether anything follows is your decision.
Who carries out the audit?
Victory TechNxt's own team, working remotely from Mumbai. The same people send the test enquiry, read your enquiry path, write the scorecard and take the call.
How long does the audit take?
The website check takes seconds, before we ask for a number. The test enquiry goes out after hours, so the reply time is whatever your office takes. The call is booked in working hours, and we do not fix a length for it.
What is the after-hours test enquiry, and will our staff be named?
Our team sends your school an enquiry at about 9 pm, on WhatsApp and through your website form, the way a parent would. We record when and how it was answered. No member of your staff is named in the scorecard.
What does the live website check look at?
It reads your public pages for an enquiry form, WhatsApp link, phone number, email address, admissions page, Facebook and Instagram links, map or address, speed, mobile layout and HTTPS. Part of the result shows straight away, the rest after you send your mobile and email.
What if our website is already in good shape?
Then the check says so, row by row, and you keep that in writing. The after-hours reply is the part no page check can see, and our team still tests it.
What do you need from us?
Your school's website first, which we check while you wait. Then a mobile number and an email address. On the next page: your role, name, school name, city, board, student strength, seats to fill, when you want to act and when to call. Nothing else.
Will you call us, and when?
Yes. We contact you from +91 93247 34747, Monday to Friday, between 10:00 and 18:00 IST. If you send your number outside those hours, the first contact comes on the next working day.
What happens to our mobile number and email address?
We use them to arrange the audit and send the scorecard, or to follow up a checklist request. We never sell them or pass them to another agency. Hashed contact details go to Meta only to measure our ads.
How is our data stored, and how do we withdraw consent?
Your details sit in Victory TechNxt's own records, used only for this audit. To withdraw consent, write to [email protected] or reply STOP to a WhatsApp message from +91 93247 34747. Requests to see, correct or delete what we hold go to the same address.
Which schools does this suit, and in which cities?
Private schools in India that run their own admissions: K-12 day, residential and boarding schools, and preschool chains. The audit runs remotely, so a school in any Indian city or town can ask for it, including one campus of a chain.
Which boards do you work with?
All of them. The audit looks at how enquiries are answered, rather than at what is taught. The form lists CBSE, ICSE or ISC, State board, IB, Cambridge, more than one board, and preschools with no board.
Is it too late to work on 2027-28 admissions?
No. Most private schools take enquiries for the next session from August, so 2027-28 enquiries are arriving now and families are shortlisting schools.
